The Global Liquidity Solutions analyst will work closely with senior and key account sales to provide analytical, product and sales operational support to facilitate the sales effort and response to client interactions. We expect this individual to progress into a Sales role for the medium term.
As a member of the Liquidity Distribution team, the individual will support new business acquisition efforts within MSIM’s Global Liquidity team. The successful candidate should ideally have in-depth knowledge of either the asset management industry or the corporate treasury market. Key areas of responsibility include and not limited to:
•Research new prospects and markets
•Analysis of our competitor peer group
•Monitor client flows in/out of our funds
•Work on qualitative materials and data analytics for request for proposals (RFP) and due diligence questionnaires
•Prepare customised material for client presentations
•Respond to ad hoc requests from clients.
•Act as the main point of contact with internal Compliance teams for the approval of marketing materials
•Work with Legal for marketing regulations in unregistered jurisdictions
•Assist with managing the client relationship management database.
•Assist with the account opening process for new investors.
•Pipeline and sales activity reporting
•Submit fund data to industry body
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams on distribution agreements
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and administration requirements
