Your tasks

• Assist the sales team in matters related to sales promotion of R&S equipment for the assigned customer segments, sales visits coordination, promotional literature advertisement, sales presentations, seminars, demos etc; • Maintain the consolidated customer database; • Responsible to maintain CRM opportunities and draft regular Sales Reports; • Remote Customer Relationship Management (CRM); • Support GOV team in preparation of offers in CRM and calculation sheets when required; • Assist GOV team for bid compilation for tender, offer and calculation sheet signatures and other related certificates for tenders / bids, in line with the company policies; • Offers/ quotations/ customer payments follow-up; • Draft Order Preparation (DOR) in CRM for the sales teams when the order is received; • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs; • Follow-up through periodical emails/phone calls reminders for Calibration to existing customers; • Work closely with technical product team, distributors/ service partners, customers and end users; • Prepare presentations and product demonstrations to service partners/distributors and customers as required; • Check Purchase Orders and prepare the order acknowledgement; • Prepare order resolution and submission of orders to Order Processing (OPAL); • Support in arranging deliveries at customer’s place; • Administration of brochures, gifts, demo equipment, assets and special sales office stationary (e.g. branded folders for offers etc.); • Administration of Sales archives, create folders and file documents; • Responsible to deliver basic operational training to customers, installation and commission of the sold equipment to the customer and product demos; • Assist sales team in conducting demos and training to customer in house or at customer’s premises; • Responsible for the project till its completion i.e. release of payment from the customer after delivery and training etc and making all possible efforts to conclude a case within the estimated time; • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after-sales technical support to the customers; • Liaise with international vendors to provide system solutions to the customer; • Present different products to the customers and at-field events such as trade exhibitions, seminars and other marketing activities; • Interact daily with customers and incorporate senior management; • Ensure service partners and product sales channels understand and have alignment to R&S sales technical strategies and business initiatives; • Work on complete system solutions/ configurations, commercials with the sales team to impact strategies for large projects and key accounts; • Liaise with manufacturers of relative 3rd party equipment and services for integration of complete systems/ services to customers; • Consult, recommend and schedule Product / Application Specialist and Customer Support Engineer’s interfacing with the customer to achieve customer satisfaction; • Work closely with Aftermarket Sales & Service team(s) on installation and commissioning of equipment; • Accompany distributors on key/strategic sales calls, customer visits, trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and any other activities required to execute the business strategy; • Regular review of service delivery and channel’s performance to identify gaps and to follow through with improvement actions; • Train distributors’ sales and technical staff in product knowledge; • Provide technical support to both distributors and customers on assigned products; • Participate in forecast meetings, as well as prepare and maintain forecast information; • Regular reporting on sales, service delivery and distributor activity and competitor information; • Interface between company, distributors and customers to achieve balance of interest of all parties;

Your qualifications

• • Degree in engineering, communications technology, computer science or a comparable field and/ or several years of professional experience in (Technical) Sales Support; • Knowledge of radiofrequency communications (transmitter, receivers, antenna, satellite communications, mobile phone communications, ) will be an advantage; • Independent and proactive manner of working; • Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills; • Confidence, result oriented and creativity describes your character; • Fluent command of English (written and spoken); • Customer service oriented; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Arabic (written and spoken) language is a plus;
