Major duties and responsibilities Acts as abusiness partner providing insight and solutions to improvebusiness performance. Leverage best practice to MIS team,developing a high performing team culture. Responsible foroverseeing process and day to day MIS duties. Facilitates thebudgeting process for infra and all client service lines.

Responsibility over the inventory of MIS reports and KPIs;considering the design, relevance to the business and ease ofinterpretation. Development of dashboards and other simplified andeasy to use information for stakeholders at all levels including

KPIs for SLLs and partners. Review and challenge monthly CRMpipeline & forecasts from the business. Responsible formonth end MIS close and reconciliations. Manages teams to ensurethat instructions are understood and results are producedaccurately and on time. Reviews results and provides varianceanalysis and constructive commentary for inclusion in monthlypacks. Responsibility for managing and executing the billing andcollections process. Follow up on outstanding AR and WIP balanceswith managers and ensure actions are followed through with.

Preparation and review of ad hoc reports requested by seniormanagement based on information gathered from a number of differentsources and put together in a coherent, easily understandableformat. Regular reviews of MIS and Reporting processes to ensurecompliance with MIS and Firm polices. Responsibility for review andamendments of MIS policies and processes, proactively challengingprocesses and inefficiencies striving for constant improvement

Responsible for working with other finance managers to ensure theaccurate and efficient flow of data to MIS. Manages projects forprocess improvements in collaboration with Finance & ITS.

Bachelors degree in a Financial

Accounting Member of a recognized accounting body (CPA, CA, ACCA,etc.) Work experience requirements: 8-10 years experience in aprofessional services organization Knowledge / Technical Skills 1

Experience with ERP and BI systems 2 working knowledge of MS Officerequired 3 System implementation or Finance transformationexperience 4 Current knowledge and understanding of accountingprinciples and financial reports 5 Experienced in developing andmaintaining KPI dashboards & Reporting Language skills
