Job Description

– Manage, support, and maintenance of Retail system (Microsoft Dynamics; Retail Management System (RMS)) to ensure a high level of application performance.

– Maintain excellent working relationships with users of the systems at different levels to ensure smooth work operation.

– Manage projects related to retail system enhancement to ensure a high level of performance and fulfillment of Business requirements.

– Excellent understandings of the business process and implement the application accordingly to ensure alignment.

– Responds to any IT Application incidents within a timely and efficient manner to ensure proper support.

– Manages all issues related to application documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

 

Skills

– Experience Needed: 3 To 6 Years

– Career Level: Experienced

– Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail application support proven experience is a must.

– MS SQL Server administration is a must.

– Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail) is Must

– Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge is a plus.
