Our client, well established Investment Bank in Dubai, is currently looking for M&A Associate / Senior Associate / VP level candidates to join their team. They are looking for professionals who already had experience in the Middle East region.
Responsibilities:
Assist the team with research and gathering public information from numerous sources and participate in all aspects of transaction execution including; leading due diligence processes, undertaking comprehensive financial analysis, building financial models, performing valuation analysis, and liaising with legal as well as regulatory parties, as required
Work closely with the team assisting with client’s management and strategic discussions through the preparation of pitching materials, industry content; and
Lead and organize training and coaching of junior staff.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of accounting corporate finance and accounting concepts;
Solid financial modelling skills and experience;
Superior analytical and quantitative skills;
Experience in working with Bloomberg, Reuters and other technical service providers;
Deal execution skills –documentation, valuation and process management;
Attention to detail, diligence and ability to work as part of a small team with minimum supervision;
Ability to work directly with senior management on assignments;
Strong academic qualifications from a recognized institution; and
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Further, relevant skills or qualifications as listed below may be considered as an advantage:
Between 4 to 6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or consulting;
A good understanding of debt financing and structuring; and
Genuine interest in learning new skills in conducive environment.
