Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with the development of promotional materials (e.g. videos, infographics)
Develop materials for internal use (e.g. glossaries, guides)
Create templates that can be customized for future use
The Creative Assistant will work to tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
Aiding workflow management – sending out reminders to designers/artworkers
The Creative Assistant will understand and establish the creative process with managers
Working knowledge of content management systems
Provide support as requested, with creative projects – project recaps, pre-production assistance, routing creative elements for approvals, etc
Write copy for public relations and marketing departments
Gather logos, images, statistics, quotes, and other items to use in promotional materials
Coordinate with the creative director, other creative assistants, marketers and offshore team
Update how-to guides, videos, and graphics as necessary
Help brainstorm ideas for new materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/High School in design, marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
Knowledge of web publishing platforms
Experience in Social Media Marketing and entertainment media sources
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with basic artwork manipulation using Adobe Photoshop (i.e. converting file types, simplifying layers, resizing or isolating elements, etc.)
Comprehensive understanding of online marketing practices
Self-motivated, open minded, creative, detail-orientated, flexible and able to work in team and prioritize whilst working under pressure to daily deadlines
Good written skills and artistic aptitude
Team-oriented work ethic
