Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats.
Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting.
Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs. Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas.
Coordinate with vendor in order to modify colors of paint, stain, or varnish. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries and complete safety training and certifications.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
With previous experience as a tile setter.
Knowledgeable in the tools and equipment’s in masonry and painting.
Resolving all related issues and conduct preventative maintenance.
Following up on maintenance issues adequately.
Following up on contractor work quality and efficiency.
Ensuring tenant satisfaction.
To be available when any overtime work is needed.
To relocate in different residential compound and work outdoor under extreme heat of sun especially during summer time whenever needed.
With previous work experience in Middle East countries as a Mason and Painter is an advantage.
Male not more than 35 years old.
With a minimum of 2 years working experience in masonry and painting field.
Have two years technical degree or accredited trainings as a Mason and Painter
Able speak and understand English. Confident to express himself at work thru English language.
With valid passport and FIT to work
Completed at least 2 doses of Covid Vaccine.
Possess good conduct and right attitude at work.

Salary: From QAR1,800.00 per month
