Job Description Summary:

To design and deliver successful marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards, and digital products in line with agreed KPIs.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Planning, Campaign Management & Execution + Analysis & insigh

t• Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the Hotel Show portfolio (includin

gexhibitor, conference, and visitor campaigns, as well as special events

)• Set out and monitor the entire budget, drop schedule, and media pla

n• Use the full marketing mix to promote the exhibition and workshops by th

emarketing strategy and overall business objective

s• Identify the target universe and key segments within the target univers

e• Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging for each of the key segment

s• Develop and deliver Content Calendar through relevant channels (email marketing, socia

lmedia, digital marketing, etc.

)• Ensure show websites are fully up to date with the latest information in accordance to the campaig

ncycl

e• Maintain active social media channels in line with market expectations, monitor engagemen

tand maximize conversio

n• Strategic database build

.• Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies ar

eadhered t

o• Manage PR agency in coordination with the Exhibition Director/HO

M• Use all media tools such as social platforms, explore new marketing channel

s• Copy write and proof all marketing materials (in conjunction with Exhibition Director/HOM i

fneeded) in line with the content calendar and messagin

g• Update and adhere to the agreed marketing budget

.Team management

:• Line manage 1 or more marketing executives (if team structure allows) working across

arange of events and media products (exhibitions, digital, awards & special events

,conferences

)• Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to line report

s• Work with line reports & marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketin

gcampaigns in line with agreed KPI’s, event, and divisional strateg

y• Work with line reports to develop skills and competencies and ensure they have a clea

rdevelopment road map

.Ensure adoption and optimization of marketing technology solutions, identify training need

sand ensure line reports are technically proficient
