Job PurposeThis role is intended to focus on all consumer awareness campaigns and activities that will be developed to support Shingrix key strategy (Public awareness) across all sectors.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…Key Responsibilities

Own execution of consumer marketing programs from conception to launch and analysis.

Work with creative and media agencies on creative production and media buying, digital, with the objective to maximize the effectiveness of marketing investments and meet the business KPI.

Liaise with Medical team, Regulatory team, vendors, and agencies to coordinate the entire production process, internal and external approval process of both online and offline materials.

Formulate weekly and monthly performance reports and analyze the data and insights to monitor the Campaign momentum

Work closely with Marketing team members to consolidate the monthly spending of A&P and invoice payments

Drive and participate in business and marketing planning.

Partner closely with Regional/Global Marketing Teams to ensure that the Consumer campaigns are well aligned and appear flawlessly in all stages.

Vendor Management – Will work with vendors, ensuring quality and alignment on campaigns, establishing print and digital timelines, and ensuring fulfilment.

Strong cross-functional team collaboration required.

Continually revamp the campaigns content to make sure the campaigns are rich and meaningful to consumers.

Compliance Responsibilities

Build and maintain compliance knowledge and implement governance processes to ensure that activities take place in adherence to GSK’s prevailing codes, policies and procedures and legal requirements.

Ensure strong business partnerships, with stakeholders to manage issue that may arise, and determine approved courses of action.

Develop collaborative relationships based on trust, openness, honesty and transparency. Demonstrate authenticity, values, and integrity.

Scope

This role is responsible for all consumer awareness activities across all sectors in Gulf.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Product management experience in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare.

Experience in digital marketing strategy.

3+ Years of experience.

UAE Experience is a must.

Experience must include conducting previous consumer campaigns along with experience of managing media agencies.

Essential Skills And Abilities

Expert skills at MS Project and Microsoft office.

Ability to work independently with “make it happen” attitude.

Demonstrated technical acumen with an ability to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs.

Strong background in performance marketing leveraging data to develop insights and optimize programs.

have the ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.

Fundamental competency in data analysis and statistics.
