Title: Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing and executing high quality 360 integrated brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital & social).
Generate, publish & share daily content that builds meaningful connections & encourages community members to take action
Leading on local marketing performance, sharing post campaign analysis and reporting learnings to the business
Create & execute the CRM strategy to increase user retention
Handle the creative communication with local agencies, influencers etc.
Devise hyper-local campaigns but also city, demographic and psychographic segmentation specific brand campaigns which may include on ground activations.
Work closely with the product and customer experience team to enhance brand consideration and preference.
Responsible for developing and overlooking content marketing strategy keeping localization, relevance and relatability at the core.
Manage sponsorships, events and other relevant partnerships that will strengthen the brand/business KPIs and partner/customer experience.
Engage in market visits, consumer research (this will also include product) and drive the necessary actions to meet the objectives.
Manage the creative, events and media agencies and also coordinate with the PR and regional teams.
Monitor, analyze and report brand performance on a monthly basis.
Create processes for gathering inputs from multiple reporting mechanisms, defining OKRs and developing operational health insights for Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, etc.
Analyze & demonstrate the effectiveness and incrementality of different campaigns and tactics, to recommend future improvements and actions
Understand the business context and partner with country teams to work on integrated campaigns, deliver country’s growth and meet business objectives
Create and develop campaign playbooks that can be shared across the region to enable cross country learnings
Lead on performance deep dives to identify blockers for performance and opportunities for growth and present findings to senior management
Develop and maintain analytical models for media mix optimization and budget allocation among different verticals.
Manage all program marketing automation journeys & communications on channels (Within App – Push/NFC/EMAIL, Newsletters, SMS)
Responsible for field activations such as OOH, radio, TV etc.
Set up Tactical & Seasonal Campaigns
Work closely with restaurants, supermarkets and drive engagement through program exclusive offers across regions
Collaborating with all retail & partner brands on their key offers
Onboarding & managing all offers on the program to date – without this be no offers to promote
Brands/partners creative on App, as per blue program guidelines
Set up marketing comms for all brands on the app as appropriate to give offer exposure/ attractiveness to customer – resulted in offer redemptions
Manage loyalty development marketing of loyalty program
Digital & ATL marketing of the program to be rolled out across the region
Initial awareness of program & downloads of App attributed to this.
