Summary


The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all online performance marketing activities around DSP, Paid Search, Organic Search, Email and Affiliate Marketing, Social Media and other tools. They will closely manage campaign performance KPIs to track ROI, learnings and optimize accordingly.

Scope of the role

Drive all customer acquisition and retention campaigns, from planning to execution, including all Amazon DSP and AMS campaigns (UAE & KSA)

Lead all Marketing activations on other platforms – Noon UAE & other Tier 2 customers

Partner with Brand Managers to ensure all digital assets close the loop on ecommerce and landing pages are set up to drive conversion

Manages external agency teams, performance tools and media partners to ensure effective collaboration

Develop all creatives for all activations

Work with legal, R&D and marketing to ensure all creative and promo assets are approved

Manage performance KPIs to drive optimal ROAS and ACOS

Shares performance reports, post analysis, insights and ways to optimize for future campaigns

Ensure proper tracking, attribution, automation and optimization

Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best

Test new channels and trends

Experience required

3-5 years previous experience in either a Digital Marketing or e-Commerce agency or a client-side Performance Marketing role with exposure to Amazon

Experience in Performance Marketing: Search Engine Marketing, Display, Programmatic media and Paid Social Media Buying and Planning

Experience with Amazon tools: AMS (sponsored brands & products as well DSP
