We are representing a HR platform seeking anexperienced Marketing Executive to join their team and help execute their marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SaaS market, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to create and implement successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
Create compelling content to generate leads and engage with customers
Manage social media channels to promote our products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of success
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
