Operating across the Fresh, Frozen, Beverages and dry foods sectors this is a huge role to manage the region and the full marketing strategy.
The business who have 8000 employees across the GCC work across industries such as Food Production, Consumer Goods, Food distribution, Agriculture, Logistics, Pharma, Retail Pharmacy Commerce and Information Technology. With Sales in excess of $3BN the group are looking for a transformational Marketing Leader.
They are looking for a Marketing Director to cover Middle East and North Africa region. The role involves leading a full 360 marketing and branding roadmap across the region as a key part of the senior leadership team.
This leader will be solid at building relationships and working with the 8 CEO’s of divisions influencing how to maximise the brand portfolio and drive ROI. This role will have full autonomy for the vision and strategy for the group and its divisions. This person will be helping drive transformation across the business from social media, creative, editorial, e-commerce, technology as well as grow the traditional marketing online offline for all brands within the group.
You will lead and influence overall transformation of the marketing team working closely with key stakeholders, CEO’s and board of directors.
Design, re-engineer and implement marketing strategy and roadmap for ME specifically for GCC region to develop business goals across all of the business functions. A key focus will be on the FMCG and Food distribution elements of the business.
Create innovative and inspiring ideas to develop the brands, to engage a connection with consumers both online and offline. A key branding expert who can drive footfall both B2B and B2C and from a consumer perspective.
Drive the awareness of the group to focus on the company of choice and the cultural diverse workplace
Focus on the communications and vision for the groups branding. Help grow the marketing team and lead them through innovation and new ideas and concepts.
Drive the future vision to the Board, working with senior executive leadership to set strategic framework and driving growth initiatives.
Lead the Marketing function including management from Creative, Digital, branding & CRM teams.
Oversee market research, competitive analysis and industry benchmarking for strategy on how to be the employer of choice, focus on demographics and data.
Steers brand strategy, using data-driven insights and creative thinking to develop actionable creative campaigns and marketing programs.
Develop go-to-market plans and work with the CEO’s and stakeholders for alignment on new product design, categories M&A, market development and enhancement.
