Sales Coordinator / Admin Assistant Required – Signage / Advertising Industry
We are a sign manufacturing company and as part of our growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator / Admin Assistant with Signage and Advertising experience, with a strategic vision to join our organization. Only candidates with related experience should apply.
1) Attend all incoming inquiries / calls of the company, record them and distribute
them as per management directives and providing reports to Management
2) Execute the inquiries, from start to end for all inquiries that are asked by
management. All coordination from the office only.
3) Follow up for payment for these inquiries once the job is executed.
4) Support the management with all day to day document controlling works
5) Prepare MSRA for various jobs
6) Assisting the management in their work, like responding to clients, managing
their backend works as per directives, etc.
7) Attend to the incoming visitors / clients at the reception desk
8) Handle all the admin related work for the company.
9) Prepare quotes, invoices, DO and maintain the records
10) Arrange all authority approvals related to Signage via online
11) Perform all duties as given by the management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Signage / Advertising: 2 years (Required)
