ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and sustaining long term strategic relationships with new and existing Professional Sellers and responsible for being the main point of contact. Continually monitoring sales trends to determine the merchandise and category mix that are in demand and seeking unit replenishment. Identify constant targeted supply permitted to brand, category and style and price, to meet business needs. Conducting meetings / visits with new sellers and walk-through the TLC onboarding process.
To clarify any queries potential sellers may have with regards to collaborating with TLC Executing seller onboarding process on TLC Platform. Maximize seller participation and enroll their supply in super sales / marketing activities. Provide proactive feedback to the sellers with regards to the suggested price and condition of the item to be listed or any escalations with sellers, Prepare quarterly seller performance reports / presentations highlighting on the targeted merchandize ad category mix and approved price points Assistance and Troubleshoot any tech/price/item related issues the sellers may face, Detailed analysis of seller performance and sharing relevant feedback for improvement.
Review of new supply , to ensure in accordance with business strategic policy. Increase PS profiles, eventually assuring more supply Resolving/ providing solutions for PS order escalations ( like proof of purchase, price reduction, additional information / images requests to seller etc.), within a short time frame keeping into consideration the buyer and seller experience.
