The Role
Our client is currently looking for a qualified Manager / Sr. Manager (Project Management) candidate who will be based in Qatar and who will be responsible for delivering services around the below areas:
PMO Consulting Services(e.g. PMO Maturity Assessment, PMO Setup and Launch, PMO Operations Management, PMO Optimization, etc.)
Project Management Services(e.g. Projects Management Support, Project Planning and Scoping, Change Management, Project Management Framework Development, Performance Management and Reporting Framework, etc.)
The Candidate
The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:
PMP certification, preferred.
having 8+ years of extensive relevant Project Management experience, preferably within the Public sector.
having experience in managing Consulting projects and managing project teams.
having strong background and understanding of PMO setup, activation and operation.
having strong background and understanding of PMI’s standards, practices and principles.
having strong skills in project planning, budgeting, project management, risk management, team utilization, quality assurance, and time management.
must be speaking both Arabic and English languages
The Salary
The client is offering a negotiable and attractive tax-free package (starting from 27,000 QAR/month, and up to 37,000 QAR/month for the Senior level) based on experience and performance in interviews. Aside from this, there will be health insurance, schooling allowance, yearly vacation ticket, and variable bonus.
