KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

# Ensuring organizational development and compliance with the strategic directions of the Roads and Transport Authority based on the SWOT analysis and interpretation of the work requirements of the Authority based on the strategic plan of the Government of Dubai and the strategic objectives of the Authority

# Leads and supervise the organizational development and manage the designing and development of the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities of the Roads and Transport Authority, and its subsidiaries and the Al Masar Entities of Infrastructure urban planning and quality of life in (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Land Department and Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Housing Establishment) Supervising studies of organizational structures, following up their preparation and implementation plans according to work requirements, studying the roles and responsibilities associated with them, and provide the required recommendations

# Develops and supervises the operations management system and institutional documents for the RTA in accordance with best practices

# Ensure to provide the administrative support to Al Masar entities in the field of administrative development

# Manage and governance of the system of issuing organizational structures and measuring their impact

# Manage, develop and supervise the system of service level agreements and operational performance level agreements

# Manage and supervise the associated changes with modifications to organizational structures

# Reviewing requests of new vendors related to purposes, plans and projects of the section

# Develop and manage section budgets

# Ensure the implementation of the fourth generation system and the application of its standards in the areas related to the department and its reflection on related policies and operations

# Coordinate with external parties to provide requirements and to support decision-making, for example, the Executive Council and the Financial Control Department

# Manage projects related to the section, or any other development and future projects as per strategic plans in RTA, while ensuring achieving these projects goals, and as planned in time

# Supervise the implementation of section’s plan, ensuring the full alignment of its objectives, and submitting reports on the percentage of completion

# Representing the authority at events and conferences and making presentations to external parties as directed by the top management

# Participate in committees and work teams and leading some of them and in arbitration processes to evaluate committees according to senior management decisions or when necessary

# Decision support and revenue enhancement associated with administrative management

# Managing the technical manuals framework and ensuring its alignment with corporate identity requirements for around 20 manuals

# Manage and governance of the system of issuing policies and decisions related to them, and measuring their impact for more than 170 policies

# Preparing reports on the results of the administrative organization and making recommendations thereon to

the executive directors, the general manager and the chairman of the board of directors

# supervising the business processes management framework and its related system and review its relevant KPIs for around 600+ processes
