Introduction

As the research and consulting arm of The Economist Group, we specialise in evidence-based insights and analysis that create impact for leading companies, governments and organisations. Whether informing internal strategic decision making or raising awareness and understanding of an emerging global issue, our interdisciplinary team brings rigor and creativity to analysing the intersection of policy, markets, technology and society. Leveraging the strengths of the Economist Group, we then craft compelling and accessible narratives to communicate these insights to a global audience.

Our Global Health practice offers independent, specialised evidence synthesis, policy assessment and strategic analysis for organisations across the healthcare ecosystem. With an extensive history of analysing the intersection of healthcare and local markets, our practice seeks to drive effective decisions (at a system, population and individual level) and impactful external engagement by interpreting and communicating the implications of underlying health trends.

We are seeking a motivated manager who will support the growth of our consulting business in the Middle East. The successful candidate will manage a number of projects around health policy analyses that drive effective organizational decisions and impactful external engagement, with a focus on the Middle East region. The position will also entail supporting our commercial team and regional leadership in the development of clientele in both the public and private sector by demonstrating our capabilities, interpreting customer needs and presenting compelling insights.

The role requires an individual who has a solid academic background in health, and is passionate about improving health outcomes, with strong analytical capabilities, excellent project and client management skills, high energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
