Job Description and Requirements
The Manager of the Office of Facilities Management manages the university’s building construction and renovations and its physical assets and grounds maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations of all university for students, faculty, staff and visitors at AURAK.
Minimum Qualification and Education
Essential:Bachelor’s degree in business/hospitality administration, engineering, health and safety or related field
Desirable:Master’s degree in engineering management, project management or business administration
Required Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency with MS Office; project management principles and practices; analytical skills, problem solving abilities, strong communication; negotiation; networking; maintaining high attention to details; high degree of professionalism and discretion
Essential:A minimum of five to seven years’ experience in a construction or building project management role.
Desirable:Experience in higher education institution
