Job Purpose

Shukran Gift Cards (SGC) is Landmark Group’s enterprise-level stored value offering that works across participating brands in online and offline stores. SGC operates across 7 territories in the region (GCC+ Egypt).

The role is to lead SGC business for the group.

Job Description

As an owner of the program,

Responsible for sales across partner, institutional, digital and store channels.
Accountable for the cost of sale. Sales dynamics and cost of sale in each channel vary and must have a keen eye on the trends and overall cost.
Work with internal teams and external processing service provider, to have best in class customer experience across sales channels. Must be able to plan, articulate and implement, short- to long-term objectives of the program.
Work with the territory and corporate support functions to administrate the program in compliance with the set financial and retail operating norms. Define and own the product SOP.
Engage territory and brand retail, marketing, and finance leadership to articulate benefits and focus on the program.
Work with technology, web and processor teams to define the product road map. Align with stakeholders and chart implementation in a time-bound manner.
Work with finance teams to plan annual budgets with KPIs and track progress at set intervals.
Work with program support teams, HR and L&D, Territory marketing to have a training calendar for the store staff.
Product marketing – leverage group assets to drive maximum product exposure with optimal cost.
Responsible for overseeing reporting on various KPIs to territory, brand, finance and executive leadership.
Responsible for having optimal SGC inventory in all territories at all times.
Customer service – Managing customer escalations across touchpoints and building processes to address any repetitive service issues.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Job Experience

Working knowledge of gift card processing systems is a must.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (pitch documents, presentations).
Must be able to engage leaders across functions independently.
Working experience in dealing with Banks / Financial institutions, gift card processing or aggregating companies.
Account management skills with commercial acumen to manage large corporate and channel relationships

Required Leadership Skills

Have a medium and long term on the program and be ahead of the industry.
Liaise with market participants in the region and beyond to understand and recommend compliance with changing regulatory and statutory norms.
Demonstrate the tangible business benefits of the program to stakeholders.
