Job Overview
The Management Associate is a First Track Performance Development Program that offers the opportunity to gain exposure and build in depth knowledge in various aspects of the assigned department operations at KFUPM. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibilities
Review, analyze and improve the business processes.
Manage professional assignments and projects responsibly and hold self-accountability ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Define performance indicators and set targets to improve.
Contribute to preparation of the strategic plans.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and lead implementation.
Conduct analysis and prepare management reports and presentations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree with minimum of 2.75/4.0 GPA

Skills
Excellent English language & Communication skills.
Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong analytical ability.
