Reports on service performance and helpdesk requests for eachdepartment quarterly. Ensures that allassigned contracts and license renewals are properly maintained,recorded , documented and up to date. Fulfilsubmissions of new/existing Market Data Servicessubscriptions' contract and users'management. Negotiate the SLAs ofagreements. Coordinate the SLM processes andprocedures and liaises with the concen teams and divisions in theCouncil accordingly. This is related to the followingprocedures.

Non-Disclosure Agreements(NDA). Maintenance Agreements andrenewals. Project agreements

Market Data Service Subscriptions and renewals

Decomisioning of services

Participate for and conducts regular reviews of the SLAswith the users, and negotiates and agrees any amendmentsnecessary Contribute in the process of theOperation Level Agreements (OLA) with IT and otherdepartment/division. Resolves all assignedrequests on time adhering to SLAs Ensures thatinvoices to be processed for payments are completed on time byadhering to SLAs Investigates issues andfollows up to resolve escalated issues that are handled by thedesignated account manager from SLM TeamCarries out regular audit of on services provided to thebusiness and provides necessary information to theService Catalogue Manager keeping the Service Catalogueup to date.

Skills:

Good IT skills Goodwritten and spoken presentation skills in English

Knowledge of accounting practices

Good analysis skills

Ability toresolve outstanding issues and avoid recurrent

Manage own work activities to meet present deadlines andobjectives by prioritizing tasks and recognizing the differencebetween urgent and important tasks Cooperatesand coordinate closely with IT team members to accomplish

IT Willingly gives support to co-workers andworks collaboratively rather than competitively.

Qualification : BSC.in Computer Science.

Experience : 2-4 years
