As part of our expansion, we are looking for Maintenance Technician who has in-depth knowledge and experience of building maintenance.
Job Description
Performing general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
Planning and scheduling repairs.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Conducting periodic quality checks of premises to ensure everything is up to standard.
Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
Duties include maintaining inventory and scheduling repairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven maintenance experience.
Experience in performing routine maintenance.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Relevant certification is a plus.
