( Ac duct Cleaning, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning , curtain cleaning). We are looking for staff who can bring business from the market by doing outdoor sales, Meeting with new customers. The candidate should have market & Location knowledge. The salary will be base on experience.ResponsibilitiesPreparing schedules for daily works, making plan, reports and etcCoordinates contract maintenance staff including , Ac duct electricians, plumbers, and HVAC providers.Manages submitted work orders and communicates with tenants and internal departmentsHandles purchasing of supplies, equipment, and other maintenance items while adhering to budget requirementsSupports technicians with administrativesend your Cv to : airexpert2022Contract length: 24 monthsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 24 monthsSalary: From AED3,000.00 per month
