The Vacancy Summary:

Working closely with Senior LTSA Manager and other New LTSA Team members, this person will be responsible primarily for New LTSA tenders and other commercial activities in one of our Front Offices or Head Quarter.

Job Description:

Upon request of the Senior LTSA Sales Manager and in line with the needs of the business, the LTSA Sales Coordinator will prepare actual commercial quotes or bid for tenders, after being adequately prepared and trained for the task to be fully in line with Mitsubishi Power Europe (MPW-EU) best commercial practices

Take lead as Person in Charge for the development of New LTSA proposals in the New LTSA TeamFor complex projects and transactions, analyse impact of arising risks, propose solutions, make action plan & schedule, lead execution and control actions. Moreover analyse price & conditions, analyse bottom line for negotiations and make proposal.

Support the Senior LTSA Sales Manager in negotiation on the sales activities as well as complex contractual matters

Focus on LTSA programme cost reduction activities

Proactively analyse existing commercial procedures and aim for improvements and work efficiency

Proactively recognize (in conjunction with the PM/FO) potential changes and issues arising from the existing LTSAs and discuss resolution with Senior LTSA Sales Manager

Utilise specific knowledge, commercial/technical/legal, to support MPW-EMEA New LTSA TeamActively follow energy market changes to understand MPW-EU competitive position

Support New LTSA to establish tools to increase efficiency of work

Promote New LTSA experience/excellence to other branches/PM across MPW-EMEAActively participate in building professional LTSA within MPW-EUPromote highly professional approach and building excellence

Preparation of LTSA/LTPM proposals (prepare Grant Of Authority, proposal, Go no Go strategy, and other supporting documents), support contract negotiations.

Coordinate contract amendment activities for existing contracts

Communicate with Mitsubishi Power Japan factories on service pricing strategy, cost estimates and quotations;

Develop proposals which meet customer requirements;

Coordinate strategies with responsible Japanese factory and MPW-EU senior management

Participate and lead tenders for existing customers

Support the development of new product offerings and upgrades;

Support & coordinate other commercial teams with Strategic Commercial Support related activities
– Product Assessment, bench marking, regional evaluations, business case evaluation

Take leadership of the project as defined in the Commercial Matrix

Respond to all levels of the organisation to gain such authorisations

Provide all supporting information and evidences as required

Individual project business plan updating and recording in line with your project knowledge.

Working with the relevant program manager to understand the project sales status

Work to identify ‘next actions’ to deliver business plan expectation

Support the agreed actions for all commercial aspects and coordinating additional actions as necessary

Support New Sales menu sales opportunities for existing customers

Identify deliverables, seek support from project stakeholders and prepare project schedule

Liaise with the customer & Program Management team during the sales & negotiation process for site visits, clarifications and update

Control the documentation produced and follow up with stakeholders
