Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and update Transit and Transshipment operators’ eligibility criteria in line with ZATCA’s strategic priorities and National rules and regulations
Coordinate with regional and global authorities to exchange data based on changes in Transit & Transshipment decisions, protocols, and standards in line with best practices
Analyze received data based on Transit and Transshipment changes (changes in restrictions, intelligence information, trade routes discrepancies, geopolitical issues, etc.) and report back updates on decisions, protocols, and standards
Provide support to Special transit providers (TIR and RFS) in coordinating with Service Providers function
Gather and analyze Transit & Transshipment operators’ performance to identify pain points and non-compliant cases and provide recommendation on needed policies and procedures amendments
Conduct unscheduled inspections in coordination with Custom Affairs and collect data on Transit and Transshipment to ensure compliance with latest rules and guidelines
Conduct scheduled inspections for Transit and Transshipment systems and technical procedures in coordination with relevant stakeholders, assess workability, recommend suggestions, and implement automation modes when possible
Filter collected data from inspections, conduct detailed analysis, identify areas of improvements, and report back findings to relevant stakeholders
Develop periodical reports highlighting Transit and Transshipment operational gaps and improvement areas and dispatch to relevant stakeholders
Experience And Education
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
