Our client is a Luxury Retail group is looking to hire Leasing Manager for Dubai Location.
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management
Must be an Arabic speaker
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Smart personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Retail Industry Experience is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
The key role of this incumbent will be to develop relationships with external stakeholders, negotiate the best terms and identify the best options in the retail space. The role entails :
Identifying prospective locations and new developments for all the Group concepts and ensuring the best locations and favorable rentals terms are negotiated with the mall management .
Engage in active and continuous communication with Mall Management to assess promotional and marketing opportunities for the Group concepts.
Participate in major retail forums to understand market growth drivers / trends and effectively communicate such indicators to the Management team
Coordinate all aspects of retail leasing to enable a smooth transition from site selection to final handover of the group retail concept to the respective divisions.
Supervise and ensure all Leasing contracts and renewals are executed at favorable rates and within the allotted timeframes.
