Title: Lease Admin Officer

Tasks

Draft and prepare leasing proposals and lease agreement to potential tenants.
Liaise with legal department to ensure the completeness and accuracy of lease contracts in regards to commercial terms and amendments of appendices
Review and check special conditions outlines in the lease agreements are legally binding.
Update lease agreement with approved amendments from tenants in regards to leases issues /finalization / and negotiate changes.
Draft and issuance of Leases and associated correspondence to clients
Assist in facilitating technical and legal updates to department business stakeholders as required.
Maintain an upto date database of leases and archiving of all Sales and Leasing documents, contracts and official agreements and reports
Update Lease management system in timely manner in regards to linking service request to a signed lease, Signed offers, Signed leases, Official documents of tenants.
Ensure contracts delivery to tenants and ensure that all documents have been submitted.
Follow up with tenants on the deposits’ payments.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in leasing administration preferably in real estate.
Others:

Organization skills.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Excellent English & Arabic skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR5,000.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
