The Training Assistantwill perform the following tasks to the higheststandards:  Maintenance of employeerecords including personnel files, learning history

Scheduling and coordination of training classes includingmaintenance of training calendar Developmentand distribution of training brochures and flyers notifying teammembers of up coming classes, tracking employee sign-ups andpreparation of materials including certificates ofcompletion Assist HR Administrator withrecruitment and hiring of new team members

Coordinate job opportunity system

Assist in maintenance of active list of resources oflabor and help coordinate placement of current openingsadvertising Input and track data of various

Hilton quality measurement programs on trends including, but notlimited to, Guest comment cards, Standards of Product andPerformance, into computerized tracking system

Prepare and distribute reports measuring trainingsresults. Maintenance of inventory of all training supplies,stationary, and office equipment What are we lookingfor?
