Job Purpose-

Assist coordinate and follow-up appropriate Learning and Development needs with a view to optimizing manpower and other resources, based on identification and analysis of training needs.

Ensure accurate administration of the Learning Management System end to end.

Assist with assimilation of Central Bank data when required.

Ensure up-to-date database of Job Descriptions across the network.

Ensure full support to L&D Senior Manager for employee Development Programme.

Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud and AML issues.

Risk management obligations is the systematic application of management policies, procedures and practices to the tasks of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating and monitoring risk. This helps to mitigate risks to acceptable levels of management.

Specializes impactful communication, goal setting and conducting training courses (behavioral, banking technical courses, leadership, management, coaching) to produce successful outcomes that are measurable and repeatable.

Job Accountabilities

Maintain accurate training records that are comprehensive and updated.

Effectively deal with enquiries related to all L&D tasks.

Support HOD and contribute towards the general department activities as required

Organize and perform all administrative and set-up all in-house training programs and events as required.

Conduct training courses (behavioral, banking technical courses, leadership, management, coaching) to produce successful outcomes that are measurable and repeatable.

Research consultancies and learning providers/facilitators that provide innovative learning interventions.

Work alongside with L&D Senior Manager to develop and implement effective induction program and materials.

Assist in the preparation of training presentation slides, verify the accuracy of the contents and initiate a dry run of the presentation.

Keeping record of all training expenses, accruals, and ensure expenses within the allocated yearly budget. Coordinate with Finance to ensure the validity of L&D expenses.

Maintain a proper filling system and e-filing of all L&D documents to ensure the availability of references.

Ensure successful implementation of the delivery of the yearly planned courses either classroom, virtual or e-Learning to be attended by staff.

Coordinate and prepare correspondence for training logistics for training administration.

Ensure the distribution of the course evaluation for Invest Bank classroom training and prepare an overall course feedback and analysis to address the positive and negative feedback by the training attendees.

Prepare documentation for work placement students and coordination the availability of the Department to accommodate as per the program on the agreed period of time.

Follow-up the LPO with Treasury Department and ensure payment process of the approve training.

Ensure following databases accurately maintained at all times:

Qualifications Experience & Skills-

University Graduate

2 – 4 years experience in Learning & Development and Administration responsibilities.

Strong communication in English – verbal and written.

Good PC skills (esp. MS -Word & Excel)

Strong interpersonal skills
