As SYSTRA continues to grow as a business in Saudi Arabia we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Reinforcing the value of learning and building/enhancing processes to support talents within the organisation.
Develop Systra’s Graduate Development Program and managing the program.
Involved and developed internal training procedures to ensure process effectiveness and provision of training requirements, locally and globally.
Developed and managing SYSTRA’s internal Competency Framework system to align with to validate the required technical knowledge, skills and competencies for identified roles which is consistently and objectively conducted at various times in the employment life cycle throughout the group.
Develop curriculum based on the learning frameworks, delivered on-site and webinar- based training to targeted audiences.
Conducting and reviewing the organisation’s continuous Training Needs Analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps for employees in line with the company’s development plan. • Evaluate project’s obligations to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Currently managing stakeholders to ensure that the L&D training initiatives are delivered on time and to the expected standards.
Spearheaded and developed Group’s e-Learning programs to meet the demands of employees’ training requirements that count towards their internal CPDs.
Maintaining good stakeholder relationships, analysing relevant data sources and contemporary thinking to identify current and emerging thinking about values, capability and performance, and involved in designing appropriate solutions that drive changes to culture and practice across the organisation.
Drive SYSTRA’s values and quality objectives through all training and development activities.
Keep updated of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree and has a recognized qualification on similar.
7+ years of relevant working experience; An experience in a managerial role is a plus.
Experience in the transport industry is a plus.
Has good experience in field of administration and project management skills
Experience and demonstrate ability to conduct training courses using innovative classroom techniques and standard or improvised teaching aids
Proven ability to prepare and present effective oral and written reports. You have skills in developing, training calendars, coordinating, implementing, and administering training programs.
