Role Details – KeyResponsibilities and Accountabilities:

Training Database  Setup, design,create and maintain training database system records to monitor,track data and assist to analyze training processes andprograms. Maintain the training catalogue toensure it is up to date at all times and provides employees withaccurate information about the objectives and content of eachcourse. Maintain the confidentiality andintegrity of information.  Training

Administration  Coordinate classevaluation and associated metrics. Training coordination toinclude: liaise with trainers; manage material inventory, room andequipment setup, pre-work coordination for participants, classregistration, rosters and participant records for classes sponsoredby the L&D Department Coordinate withstakeholders and all third-party suppliers on day-to-day Talent andLeadership Development activities, including all correspondence andadministration Maintains all L&DDepartment files including suppliers and proposals

Setup regular meetings with vendors and responsible forminutes of meetings Reports  Design and runmonthly, quarterly and yearly dashboard that captures and analyzes

L&D metrics and KPIs. Compiles andprepare statistical reports for L&D internalreview Prepares all reports for MAFP exitinterviews, compiles results and shares with the BU HCHeads Process training charges and initiateexit interview survey for employees leaving MAFP E-Learning System Provide primary “help desk” technicalsupport system for the system Managee-learning system  Training Budget

Control  Preparing thedepartment's LPOs and updating Invoice and LPOreconciliation Provide L&D Lead withregular budget variance reports Updating ofsupplier invoices and follow-up payments from Accountsdepartment
