About the Role

In line with the growth ambitions of the Middle East Unit and the desire to invest, grow and nurture young talent, we are now looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to design/source and oversee the end-to-end delivery of our Graduate (ECP) Development Framework across the GCC region.

Comprising of three main locations across UAE, KSA and Oman, you will be involved in each stage of the graduate development framework supporting with onboarding and acting as the point of contact for Managers/Mentors as well as the ECP cohort.

In addition, you will support the Middle East HR team with the delivery of the Unit’s learning and development agenda.

The area of success for this role will be in learning and development. This will be underpinned by core attributes of collaboration and communication, with a focus on driving innovative, technological solutions.

Candidate Specification

Bachelor’s degree qualified; professional certifications/qualifications in a relevant HR/L&D field would be advantageous

Previous experience in designing and implementing graduate development programmes/frameworks

Strong background in the design and development of functional/technical training programmes and curriculum materials

Demonstrable experience in managing training/learning and development budgets

Prior experience in the development and execution of programmes aimed at enhancing and recognising performance

Familiar with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)

Strong project management skills with a proven ability to define the scope and deliver results in a changing and growing business environment.

Hands-on experience in full lifecycle including assessment of learning needs, development of curriculums and content, and facilitation of live and virtual training.

Ability to work and think globally; skilled in creating programs for multi-cultural audiences.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to present and influence at all levels and build and develop strong trusting relationships.

Develop and experiment with new learning solutions and create intellectual property that advances the impact for learners;

Ensure high-quality, consistent and innovative approaches to delivering programs
