This role, based in Abu Dhabi will oversee the Service function for the MEA, and will be responsible for providing aftermarket services such as the start-up, commissioning and maintenance of Rosemount Analytical Products and Systems/ shelters including Fire & Gas Detectors, Liquid Analyzers, Combustion Analyzers, Continuous Gas Analyzers, Cascade, CEMS, Process Gas Chromatographs and Analytical Project Management & Execution. Provide outstanding services to Customers that improves Customer dedication and Customer happiness with Emerson.

Pro-actively work with customers to grow after-sales services revenue. As a priority, this role will head the responsibility for encouraging, strengthening, and maintaining key relationships and business/project activities. This person will also ensure alignment of open account strategies and effort with the collective sales channel.

Your roleresponsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Carry out the Start-up & Commissioning activities, fault analysis/ investigation and repairs activities of the Analytical Systems and Products including planning, execution, and reporting to Customers. Lead and drive Analytical Projects Service planning, scheduling and execution including third party components associated to the Systems/ Shelters. Provide advanced technical support to Customers for the maintenance of Analytical Systems and associated products (Fire & Gas Detectors, Liquid Analyzers, Combustion Analyzers, Continuous Gas Analyzers, Cascade, CEMS and Process Gas Chromatographs).

Carry out site surveys, Site Walk Downs, and assessment of Analytical installed base for upgrades and Consulting opportunities. Carry out field modifications, upgrades independently or under supervision of a Project Manager as applicable. Guide and mentor FSEs in solving issues, conduct training, and provide support in raised service matters. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Responsible for LTSA planning and execution in accordance with the contract/ AMC scope and T&Cs. Develop Customer relationship to ensure long term Customer loyalty and growth of service business. Required

QualificationsQualified in an Engineering discipline (Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical) 8-10 years hands-on experience as a Service, Project, or Instrument Engineer in a process control environment with a particular emphasis on commissioning and start-up of on-line analyzers, or experience in the Project Management, repair, and servicing of Emerson Analytical products/systems and /or competitor products & systems. QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge of C&I theory, operation & maintenance of on-line liquid, gas analyzers, Gas Chromatographs, and Petroleum Measurement standards Have a sound knowledge of Emerson analytical products (application, service & operation)
