As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Commercial / Sales Team in Doha as a Lead Cargo Global Accounts Officer. The role includes:
Providing essential support for Global Key Account management and development, and building and maintaining Global Key Account relationships.
Promoting additional cargo services available within the QR portfolio which add value to the client and increase revenue.
Performing full analysis, undertaking performance reviews and producing performance reports for global accounts to identify key declines and growth.
Presenting qualified improvement strategies for key accounts to GKAM and Senior Manager Global Sales.
Following up on RFQ timelines set by the GKAM, ensuring timeliness are adhered to between key stakeholders and ensuring the customers remain at the forefront.

Qualifications
About you
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role within cargo airline or freight forwarding industry
Hands on experience in air cargo sales and marketing with good understanding of the airline cargo value chain
Knowledge of market trends and competitor awareness
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and customer service skills
Ability and dedication to work with data, drive digitization and innovation, promotes change management
Good knowledge and experience in Project Management
Fluency in written and spoken English
