Main responsibilities of the role include:
– Planning and registering employees for trainings – Tracking and updating trainings completed and attended – Providing certificates for completed trainings – Managing admin, project management and finance tasks related to learning and development In order to be successful in this role you need to have:
– Experience in using LMS systems – Experience in reporting and be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel – Basic powerpoint skills – Understanding of data and be able to use it to compile and produce reports – Strong organization and stakeholder management skills We’re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.
