We are looking for a skilledKey Account Managerto oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our Spine Surgical solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients and ensure the highest level of communication and networking with key customer.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships and set the right planning with all stakeholders (Marketing & Commercial teams) to achieve assigned goals.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force to ensure the unit has a specific plan to flow.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Medical field or related Experience.
Minimum 4-5 years experience in Spine surgical field.
Ability to understand and apply Market intelligence , product , and industry knowledge to sales and marketing strategy and identify the needed support to penetrate new accounts.
Very good experience in surgical techniques and supporting systems in OR.
Maintain the best level of principal relationship management by attending business reviews, filed visits and timely response to principal co requirements and requests.
