Key Account Manager – Mobile Sales Job in United Arab Emirates

As part of the UAE Mobile Sales team, your responsibility will be to maximise revenue & profit by setting sales strategies for UAE Channel Partners.

Using you previous experience you will conduct effective key account management through regular communication w.r.t portfolio planning, promotion planning and sell out planning.

Role and Responsibilities

Plan and execute strategies to deliver targets for Profitability, Market share and Turnover with channel partners for SAMSUNG IM Products.

Develop and sustain sales strategy with an objective of Maximizing Sell-Out and Enhancing Brand Equity.

Work towards the implementing the mid to long term business objectives/goals of achieving organizational targets with Organized Retailers in UAE.

Manage and Monitor sales operations on weekly basis and monitor progress monthly/quarterly

Develop Annual Sales Programs with Channel Partners along with negotiating Commercial and Trade Contracts.

Align Long Term Forecast with Channel Partners along with formulating Promotion Plans.

Conduct market trend analysis and working closely with the Channel Partners to develop plans to overcome potential issues

Manage limited resources optimally to plan and execute promotional activities with the partner

Manage the fleet of merchandizers across stores and channelize organizational strategy to workforce with timely structured communications

Strengthen the relation with key retailers across the region, enhance the local activities, and improve the in-country presence & awareness of Samsung Mobiles.

Increasing the in store share of Samsung Smartphones & Tablets across the assigned Channel Partners will be the KPI of this role.

Job Specification


Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Mobile channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)

Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively

Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.

Priority setting & problem solving.

Skills and Qualifications

7+ Years experience in similar roles.

Proficient in MS tools. Ability to develop and deliver high quality content for top management.
