Key Accounts Manager – Automotive Parts | Al Futtaim Aftersales | Dubai
About the Position:
We are currently looking for a competent & performance driven Key Account Manager to work within our Parts Fleet Division of Al Futtaim Aftersales in Dubai. Your main role is to manage & achieve parts sales target through dealers, government and fleet customers. You should be aware of new market opportunities and trends and to consciously update your knowledge of model line-up, specifications and prices.
As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible to achieve monthly sales budget, carry out customer visits to existing and potential customers, generate enquiries, conduct prospecting and market awareness and accurate knowledge of competitor’s products. You should constantly improve and update your knowledge of product range, features and benefits.
Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:
Administer sales activities of parts sales to large accounts (B2B).
Timely updating of legal documents of the credit approved customers.
Administer prices of competition to offer the best value proposition keeping in line with companies objective on Gross Margin
Strengthen relationship with existing and new customers through daily interaction and visits.
New Business development from different regions
Forecasting on region wise performance and market trends, competitor information tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with various departments in the Organization to meet customer needs
Provide mentoring & training to the team and continuously evaluate sales progress.
Monitoring brand performance in respective region.
Dealer Performance management.
Strategic planning with the team to improve customer performance results.
Ensure the collections of receivables and customers outstanding are under control.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a University Bachelor Degree preferably in automotive field and must have at least 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within automotive spare parts.
