Key Account Manager – Bakery
One of the our client a leading Bakery is currently seeking for a Key Account Manager for its subsidiary in Dubai, UAE
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Successfully generate business leads and grow existing customer accounts
Regular contact with clients to implement sales strategies and promotions to drive more sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Have a clear understanding of customers’ business and their requirements.
Identify business opportunities and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Conduct a product presentation based on the customer’s requirements.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Negotiate with the price, cost, and delivery to the customers.
Assist the customer with their requirements for product development based on their preferences.
Maintain the relationship with customers by providing support, guidance, and recommendations for new types of products.
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
Cold calling customers and arranging meetings to prospect for new business.
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Assist the junior and Sales Executives with their requirements
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Must have 5-10 years sales experience in HORECA in UAE.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Computer literate with Microsoft experience and knowledge of CRM system.
Salary : AED 12,000 – 14,000

Working Days: Six Working Days in a week from Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8am-6pm Monday – Friday 8am-2pm Saturday (6hrs flexible timing)
