We’re currently looking for an experienced Key Account Executive to join our team in KSA work across our Business management solutions department BMS;

Job Role:

He is responsible for targeting new businesses to enter into contracts as clients and establish trusting relationships with a group of clients make sure they are not turning to competitors as well as obtain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements and expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their goals continuously and the tasks and responsibilities assigned to the account manager vary depending on the size of the company, the sector or the area in which it operates and the nature of the business.

You will:

Build trusted relationships with a range of key clients to ensure they are not turning to competition.

Target new companies as part of the approved plan until procurement.

Understand the primary needs and requirements of clients.

Develop relationships with existing clients by offering solutions that meet their objectives on an ongoing basis.

Ensure the right products and services are provided to clients on a timely basis.

Provides a link between key customers and internal teams.

Resolves customer issues and handles complaints in order to maintain confidence.

Collect the necessary information about the company’s daily operations.

Interact and collaborate with sales teams and other employees in other departments.

Verify work completed on time.

Build a strong and direct relationship with customers and work to maintain them.

On-going communication with existing clients and meet their various requirements.

Participates in negotiations with customers and works on new agreements with them and promotes sales of the company.

Work to address all client requirements in a timely manner, according to plans and in collaboration with different work teams.

Prepares and submits regularly completed reports to clients and senior management.

Requirements:

Communication and negotiation skills.

Able to address challenges and provide appropriate solutions.

have a Practical Experience in the Position of Key account for Contracting Companies

Experienced in Business Trips & corporate logistics.

Experienced in preparing technical and financial proposals

Tenders knowledge & RFPs

High communication skills with customers

Predictive interpretation of customer needs.

English Reading, Writing and Conversation

office programs ( Excel is essential )

3 Years Minimum experience in same domain.
