A leading international law firm in Dubai is looking for an associate, between NQ and 2 years qualified, to join their Commercial/Technology team.
Key Requirements:
Must be between NQ and 2 Years PQE
Common law qualified (UK, AUS, US, NZ)
Must have experience working in a corporate/commercial team at a reputed international law firm with a focus on businesses in the technology sector, or a dedicated commercial/TMT department
Have previous experience advising clients on a range of matters including complex commercial agreements, technology outsourcing and software development contracts, and tech-focused acquisitions and disposals
Candidates already based in the UAE are preferred, but qualified individuals based abroad and open to relocating are encouraged to apply
