We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Journalism Intern to join our team for three months to gain invaluable hands-on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team to help create top-notch content for our projects. Key Responsibilities
Research and gather information for news stories and feature articles
Conduct interviews with sources and write compelling and accurate news articles
Assist reporters and editors in the production of news stories, including fact-checking and copy-editing
Help with the gathering of multimedia content, including images, videos, and audio recordings
Attend press conferences and events to gather information for stories
Contribute ideas for new story ideas and features
Follow editorial policies and standards, ensuring all content meets legal and ethical requirements
Adhere to tight deadlines and work under pressure
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications And Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Familiarity with news writing styles and journalistic practices
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital media tools
Ability to work outside of regular business hours as required
