You will make an impact by:
Delivering a unique 360° client experience before, during and after the sale; inside and outside the Boutique
Establishing action plans and strategies to develop the clients’ portfolio to treat existing clients, upgrade potentials and regain lost clients.
Developing the clients’ portfolio by networking & hunting outside the Boutique
Participating to all HJ brand events and inviting your clients
Providing feedback and suggesting ideas to the management team in order to achieve improvements within the High Jewellery business
Being an active member of the HJ Committee and Community and sharing your skills & knowledge in order to develop the HJ Specialists & Experts
Your exceptional skills we are looking for:
You possess exceptional sales skills and are an expert in client relationship development
You are entrepreneurial-minded and are able to work independently in order to achieve your goals
You can handle multiple demands and prioritize without loosing your attention to details
You are extravert, have outstanding communication skills and possess a real emotional intelligence
You are results and solutions driven
You are hands-on, agile and know how to think out of the box
Elegance, audacity and excellence are part of your DNA
You have excellent knowledge of luxury retail market, including luxury fashion, timepieces and jewellery brands, general product knowledge, global and market trends.
You have an existing high jewellery client network in the GCC
You speak fluent English and Arabic.
