Job Responsibilities:
– Java Developer with 10+ Years of Experience- Experience with Spring and Quarkus Frameworks- Experience with Microservices Architecture- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs and Jaegger Tracing- Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices- Expertise with Secure Coding- Scrum Master (1 Resource)- Experience in a scrum master role- Familiarity with software development- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)- Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (JIRA etc.)- Reporting and Analysis of all things related to sprints (how to measure and improve velocity, how to set story points etc.)- Track record in effective documentation- Coach team members in Agile frameworks- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur- Help teams implement changes effectively- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field * for us we need someone technical to be able to communicate effectively with the dev team.- Scrum master certification is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months
Salary: AED4,210.01 – AED14,731.58 per month
