Job Description
* Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance* Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones.* Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals and all peripherals.* Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.* Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipments and software systems.* Train and advise users in gerneral usage and operation of computer equipments.
Skills
*Bachelor Degree of Computer Science.*Minimum of Two years experience in the same field.* A+ Certificate is a plus*Training on windows operating system environment and MS desktop products. *Experience in networking domain environment and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software.*Good Communication Skills*Good English Language
