Requirements:
• Collecting the business requirements from the different source of information
• Understanding the business requirements based on the available business information sources.
• Defining and documented the business requirements in a structured business requirements document.
• Reporting the documented business requirements to the stakeholders for their review and feedback.
• Getting sign off and approval on the final business analysis results (BRD, SRS …) from the concerned stakeholders.
• Understanding and Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.
• Identifying business processes conflicts and finding resolution for those conflicts.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
• Leading ongoing business processes and requirements review and developing strategies that optimize these business processes.
• Creating, documenting, and updating the Systems Requirements specifications (SRS).
• Ensuring that the final approved BRD, and SRS documents meet the customer requirements.
• Working with the Project Managers for defining the appropriate and right stakeholders’ meetings schedules, project deliverables, setting the project timeline, project plan, project communication plan, and required budget based on the outcome of analyzing the project scope, project stakeholders, and projects risks and opportunities.
• Conducting all stakeholders’ meetings related to the requirements gathering and analysis.
• In coordination with the project manager, he should be able to control any change request by understanding these change requests, analyzing its impact on the project scope, timeline, budget. And should be able to reflect these change requests on the system whenever it is approved.
• Working closely with all possible stakeholders, managerial staff, project technical team of both sides: Client side and company side.
• Creating all possible user stories using the appropriate SW development tool.
• Working with the Quality Assurance team in creating their quality assurance plan, as well in creating the testing scenarios to assure that this plan and these testing scenarios are meeting the client’s requirements and as per the final approved (BRD and SRS documents).
• Supervising the quality assurance tests results, to ensure that the agreed tests had been performed completely, and its results are as per the expected results
