ISO Audit Executive | Domasco | Qatar

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced ISO Audit Executive for DOMASCO in Qatar. This role will ensure to effectively manage the Quality Management System of the company. You will ensure compliance, monitoring and implementation of the ISO standard as well as the Internal Audit observations and recommendations across the team and for the organization to demonstrate continuous improvement. You will implement standard accounting practices to record and track all transactions related to the company’s hard assets.

Among your key responsibilities as are as follow:

  • Manage the Quality Management System, adhere to the ISO 9001 standard and maintain compliance to the requirements.
  • Initiate and supervise team’s compliance to ISO processes and procedures and ensure the regularity of review within an agreed interval.
  • Review the processes following the standard format, monitoring the changes, integrating the document control process across the board.
  • Manage the complaints raised. Carry out a fair and timely investigation of the complaint and search for a strategic corrective/preventive actions. To possess a sound judgement in the verification/ validation of the non-conformities to closure for intangible evidences otherwise can be presented
  • Materialize the training needs of staff for personal development, instilling growth and greater opportunity to their career in line with ISO standards
  • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
  • Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets./ Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
  • Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations
  • Represent the company during any audits by a ISO Auditors, External or Internal Auditors and audits that involves fixed assets.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualification, skills and experience:

  • Finance or Business Management Bachelor Degree Holder/ Lead Auditor
  • ISO Auditor certification with QMS experience.
  • Minimum of 5 year experience in Finance & Accounting and QMS management, in addition to administrative routine/ data management skills

Required Qualifications:

  • QMS qualified
  • Audit experience preferred (Finance background)
  • Experience in creating SOP’s OR has been part of the team to create SOP’s
  • Automotive business acumen would be a good advantage
  • Good command on MS office including presentation
