About the Client:
One of the leading Retail Group in the region, having major branches within UAE operating across GCC for high quality global brands at a competitive price.
Job Description:
Manage the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and monthly accounts closure for all regions .
Implement inventory disciplines across regions and ensure accurate inventory management.
Manage cash flows and forecast future financial performance .
Supervise Chief Accountants from each region and provide guidance and support as needed, along with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations .
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure that organization is in compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements as a standard of financial discipline.
Qualifications:
Must have B.Com / M.Com / MBA Degree
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the relevant field; at least 3-4 years in the GCC market will be preferred
Must have knowledge with general commercial and business awareness with FMCG industry
Strong experience in SOPs specifically Procure to Pay, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP in similar functions
