Title: Innovation Value Management Manager


Location: Riyadh

Job Purpose:

Innovation Value Management Manager keeps a relentless focus on value from innovation. Responsible for Portfolio strategy management, value validating tracking and reporting. Further he/she will be the point of contract and monitor on KPI, Risks, Budgeting, portfolio planning.

Key responsibilities

Work with Concept Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment;

Develop and maintain the governance framework to provide a holistic view of all activities within Innovation Hub;

Define, validate and socialize Innovation Strategy;

Develop Innovation Hub Strategy Roadmap and update as required;

Ensure Innovation Hub strategy alignment with North Star and corporate strategy;

Capture and cascade continuous learning;

Track Innovation Hub KPIs;

Track portfolio status and value realized versus value expected;

Validate initiative and concept business cases;

Constantly review portfolio to ensure pipeline remains streamlined and optimized (Including initiating decisions to de-prioritize/ ramp down projects);

Report Innovation Hub KPIs (working closely with Strategy and Excellence in addition to PMO team);

Consolidate and communicate learnings from projects including failures (working together with project owners);

Develop all related templates to track value (i.e., business cases);

Lead the talent development initiatives for the IH, collaborating with divisional experts and thereby ensuring the availability of talent to fit business requirements;

Manage the preparation and recommend the section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all section activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines;

Regular alignment with Saudi Payments finance and other related departments including providing budgetary and actual expenditure updates;

Manage and ensure effective implementation of IH policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the assigned section so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service;

Work in the capacity of ERM, Vendor Management and Quality champion/representative for the relevant SP divisions/sections and ensure compliance to all of their policies, procedures and controls;

Ensure that all section reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Saudi Payments requirements, policies and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Any professional certificate in value management.

Project Management Certificate (PMI – PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP(Agile Certified Practitioner)) is a plus

4+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 – 4 years in positions related to value management.

Bilingual (English and Arabic).
